Cocina
| Cocina de América del Sur (Cocina del mundo) | The site contains a wide variety of recipes from different countries. Very easy to navigate through the different links. Helpful graphics and well organized. |
| Cocina ecuatoriana [Diario Hoy] | Contains a long list of spanish recipes. Simplistically designed and lacks the graphics. |
| Cocina mexicana [Universidad de Guadalajara | Web site includes an elaborate list of recipes and contains links to different categories of food. Graphics are useful and the site is easy to navigate. |
| Cocina nicaraguense [Menú nica] | The site has a variety of helpful links, including recipes for different types of foods and a spanish dictionary for spanish cuisine. The graphic designs are adequate but do not improve navigation through the site. |
| Comida argentina (Cocina del mundo) | Very helpful site. Graphics of foods provide useful reference for the links. Extensive list of recipes for a variety of foods. |
| Comida boliviana [Bolivian] | |
| Comida chilena [Nuevo anden] | |
| Comida colombiana [comidacolombiana.com] | |
| Comida cubana [Roberto Díaz Muñoz] | |
| Comida peruana [Recetas de Mamá] | The bare essentials. This site offers nothing but recipes, and its list is quite limited. Offers picture of dishes when available, which is not often. Does offer helpful tips and measurement conversion tables. |
| Comida uruguaya [Verónica Luongo] | Not a very pretty site, but it gets the job done. Everything you might even need to know about Uruguayan cuisine and its history is contained in this site. |
| Comida venezolana [Todos Unidos] | This site, unlike the others, is NOT primarily a cooking site. It is also a large search engine, news hub, and link page. This portion of the site is very well done, and it even includes directions for making your favorite drinks! A very useful site. |
| Lista de recetas de Goya [Goya] | A simple site containing lists of fine latin cuisine. Nothing more than recepies, be prepared to spend a significant amount of time and money preparing the fine dishes. |
