Summary: This adventure story, part of the 24 programme series, ENSEMBLE, is designed specifically to develop your skill in understanding simple everyday French and also introduces you to many facets of contemporary French life. A must for anyone wanting to understand or be understood by French speakers. L'Amour de la Vie, written by the well known French scriptwriter and actor, Antoine Tudal, was filmed entirely on location in various parts of southern France and Burgundy and follows the exploits of Michel Rolland. Michel has abandoned his studies in favour of the "University of Life" and during his Odyssey through southern France he takes a number of jobs, some exciting, some menial, and meets a host of French people from different walks of life. Finally, when working as a tourist guide, he encounters the love of his life, Corinne.
